Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service lets you save audio files of songs from Suno links. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Suno, Inc. Files are prepared by a third-party processing service and remain available only while the source link and that service allow.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google or Facebook. You agree to:

• use only accounts that belong to you and keep them secure;
• not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits;
• provide accurate information when you contact support.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for songs you created or have the right to download. You must not:

• infringe the copyright or other rights of anyone;
• use automated tools to send requests or bypass limits;
• attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service.

4. Credits

Retrieving a track is free. Credits are charged each time you save a file, at the price shown for its format. Credits are charged when the download starts and are not returned if you cancel or interrupt it. Free credits are granted as described on the Service and may be limited per device and network. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except as stated in section 6.

5. Packages and payments

Packages are one-time purchases in US dollars, paid through PayPal or by card through Stripe. The contents and price of each package are shown before you pay. Purchased credits do not expire unless an expiry date is stated at the time of purchase. Packages with a daily limit can be used up to that limit each day (UTC).

6. Refunds and chargebacks

To request a refund, contact us through the Support page. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the credits from that purchase are removed. Credits already used become an outstanding balance, and downloads are blocked until it is settled. If a chargeback is filed for a package that has already been used, we may suspend the account.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Processing may fail or files may become unavailable for reasons outside our control. When a track cannot be retrieved, no credits are charged for it.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account as described on our Data deletion page.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means that you accept the updated terms.
