You can ask us to delete your Suno Downloader account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how.
1. How to request deletion
- On your Account page, select Delete account. Alternatively, contact us through the Support page and include your Account ID and the email address you use to sign in.
- If you contact us, we confirm that the request comes from the account owner, for example by replying to the email address of the account.
- You are signed out on all devices immediately, and the account is permanently deleted 30 days later.
- Signing in again within those 30 days cancels the deletion, and you are notified when you return.
2. What is deleted or anonymized
- your name, email address and profile picture;
- the Google or Facebook accounts linked for sign-in;
- your sessions, device identifiers and IP address records;
- your download history: song links, titles and file links.
3. What is kept
Payment and credit transaction records are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and payment disputes. They are separated from your name, email address and profile picture. Remaining credits are forfeited when the account is deleted.
4. If you signed in with Facebook
You can remove Suno Downloader from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites. This stops Facebook from sharing new information with us, but it does not delete data we already hold. To delete that data, follow the steps in section 1. We do not store Facebook access tokens.
5. If you signed in with Google
You can remove access at myaccount.google.com, under Security, Your connections to third-party apps and services. To delete the data we hold, follow the steps in section 1.
